We had the most incredible dining experience in a stunning location, with a magnificent view from the balcony. The meal was excellent, accompanied by perfectly paired wines. The attentive and efficient wait staff made it even more memorable. the room we dined in was beautifully decorated, enhancing the overall experience.

The room service was lacking, with items consistently missing or incomplete.

Convenient location right in the heart of the city, close to the American embassy and within walking distance to major attractions. Breakfast was outstanding, equivalent to dining at a royal palace. The staff provided exceptional service and made me feel like a valued guest.

Butler and concierge team provided outstanding service. Crillon restaurant serves impeccable food. Bell boys were always kind and helpful.

The hotel was recently renovated and had a beautiful modern luxury design. the location was excellent, close to high, end shopping and with a majestic facade. the staff was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. the room was spacious and had plenty of closet space. the bathroom had a double sink, soaking tub, and standing shower. the in, room dining was quick and professional, with plenty of gluten, free options. the lobby and bar areas were cozy and perfect for relaxing. the concierge was knowledgeable and recommended great restaurants. the overall experience was luxurious and worth the price.

There were a few minor inconveniences during the stay. the USB ports in the room were only on one side of the bed.

At this venue, I experienced luxury at its finest. the exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool and full body massage at the spa centre, fulfilled my every relaxation need. the beautiful garden area and sun terrace provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the location.

The only minor issue was with the service.

What a wonderful experience! the service at this hotel was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who paid great attention to every single detail. the highlight was definitely the gastronomic experience at the hotel's restaurant. the food was absolutely outstanding, surpassing even some Michelin 3-star restaurants. It was an unforgettable dining experience for my entire family, including my two children who loved every bite.

We were pleasantly surprised by the personalized welcome we received upon arrival. Our room was adorned with adorable balloons and Disney drawings, a delightful surprise for my daughter. The swimming pool was truly the highlight of our stay, the best I've seen in Paris! We were also thrilled to find that the hotel had special amenities for children. a very enjoyable and personalized experience. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again! Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
